51"x51" overall. Opening is 37" wide x 42" high.
This item is not in great condition. For example the left hand leg has been replaced with an old piece of floorboard. There is no mantle.

 OFFERS : FIREPLACE Tiled fireplace from a 1930's house. Size 1020mmW, 860mmH, 100mmD max-60mm min. The top of the fireplace protrudes forward a little more than the rest hence the max/min depth. It has two different coloured tiles - four cream coloured either side of opening and the remainder slightly mottled cream colour - see photo. The opening is 410mmW and 560mm H. There is a chrome surround to the opening in excellent condition.
This is a very attractive fireplace in very good condition - two tiles have become loose but these are undamaged and could easily be refixed.
I am unsure of the exact age of the fireplace please see the photo.

 OFFERS : BAXI OPEN FIRE GRATE
This Baxi system comprises cast iron grate (cast in two parts), frame and under-hearth box together with a removable ash pan. The box has a spigot that connects to a pipe (not supplied) that brings air in from the outside, so the fire doesn't draw a draught through the room it's heating. The box and frame need to be set in mortar.
The system is used but completely intact and is ideal if you are building in a feature open fireplace. The grate measures 59cm by 29cm and you will need to allow 33cm from the top surface of the frame to the bottom of the box.
Being cast iron these items are very heavy and are for collection only.

 OFFERS : STOVAX CAST IRON TILED FIRE SURROUND
Just removed to make way for a Stove - I don't know the age of the Fireplace but it has Stovax stamped on the Back.
All the tiles are in good condition and are not cracked, the Cast Iron Surround is sound with no cracks or chips.
As in the pictures included in this sale are the two front pieces and the the Base that the Lava Rocks sit on (also available and included in the sale)
Fireplace Surround was used with a Gas fire (see it installed in our lounge) and I am offering the Decorative Wooden Mantelpiece too separately - let me know if interested in the pair.

Overall 38 Inches Tall x 38 inches Wide
To suit Opening of 35 x 35 inch
Fire Opening is 15.5 Inch Wide by 22.5 inch tall.
Obviously this Item is pretty damn heavy (guessing around 80kg) but I dare say I can get it put on a pallet and it can be transported to wherever or you can get collected from Middlesbrough.
Postage and Packing to be negotiated after if you do want it shipped.
I do have this advertised elsewhere and have the right to end this Auction early
