Hi
The Rayburn does need renovating. All the parts are present, except the stovepipe which we had to break to remove it from it's original site. The firebricks looked OK but the wadding at the back needs replacing. It's been stored in our garage for eighteen months. It has been kept dry, but it is quite dusty.. It weighs an absolute ton (took four grown men to get it into the garage, which is part of the reason it's never moved since) so you would need plenty of able-bodies on hand. You're welcome to come and look at it if you let us know in advance.
