it comprises :
11 steps, each 18" wide and of a circular design
approx 9' 6" drop from top to bottom
tripod-style fitting to the floor
dual-fitting at the top
excellent condition - only 2 years old and barely used. we are upgrading to a more standard staircase having just moved into the appartment. would be equally at home in a garden as access to a tree-house for instance.
buyer must collect although i will assist with any carrying/loading required.
