 OFFERS : 1950'S GEC FRIDGE
Big curvy white fridge with big chrome handle & fat GEC badge on the front. Perfect original condition. Stayed in the same place where it was installed in 195? to when it was traded in for a new one. All plastics/ice cube trays etc... in perfect condition. Replaced perished seals, but otherwise all original.
Used in my house for 3 years but careless use of birth control methods force purchase of huge american job with freezer attached.
Located in NW London, can deliver to reasonable radius for petrol costs.

In answer to the person looking for spares. I have virtually the same model GEC fridge. Outside looks identical, the inside is slightly different as it does not have anything in the inside of the door. Mine is actually too good for spares but I am going to sell it complete. The inside is in fantastic condition with all the salad crispers etc. The chrome shelves have started to rust however. The outside has a degree of surface rust and does need to be painted. The door seal although complete and servicable is perished and could do with replacement. The door handle is very good.

Good luck selling your fridge - I am not looking to buy, I have one similar who's handle has just broken, if anyone can tell me where to find parts for a 1950s-ish GEC (similar to one in ad) I'd be grateful.
