WANTS : CAST IRON CLOTHES POLES
Looking for ideally 4 clothes poles or washing line poles (people call them different things!). Ideally with pineapple-type top filials. Must be old cast iron.

i have got two of these poles one of them has pineapple snapped off but i still have it here

Hi I have today been offered 2 of solid cast full lenght clothes poles with pineapple finial on top. I have not seen them yet but will do begin of week. I anticipate the price would be around £120 -£130 each, please reply if you are interested.

I'm also looking for an old clothes pole. Did you manage to find any? The 1930s plain poles sound absolutely fine for my garden - did you buy them or do you know if they're still available? I live in the Glasgow area.
